How we work

Define the practice. Then search.

Five steps between an open anesthesia role and a relevant introduction. Partners Crest builds the search around the practice — case mix, call, schedule, and care-team model — then qualifies and presents against that description.

  1. 01

    Define the practice

What the role actually requires to succeed.

We start with the details that decide fit: case mix, coverage model, call, schedule, autonomy or supervision, clinical expectations, and compensation. A vague requisition is narrowed into a working description of the practice before anyone is approached.

  2. 02

    Build the search

Identify clinicians whose experience and priorities align.

We look for anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and CAAs whose training, setting experience, and practice preferences match the role you described. The search stays on those three credentials — shaped by the practice, not by a generic healthcare list.

  3. 03

    Qualify fit

Confirm relevance before a name arrives.

Clinical background, credentials, geography, timing, and interest are confirmed against the practice description. Your leadership team should meet clinicians who belong in the conversation — not sort a pile of mismatched CVs.

  4. 04

    Present selectively

Enough context to decide whether to proceed.

You receive relevant candidates, with the reasoning for each, in a form your process can use. The point of the presentation is fit and clarity — not volume.

  5. 05

    Make the introduction

Connect both sides, and stay involved.

We introduce the organization and the clinician, then remain available for questions, scheduling, and a clear account of where the search stands while you decide. The introduction is the start of the recruiting process, not the end of the correspondence.

We prioritize relevant introductions over candidate volume. The useful question is whether a clinician fits the practice you described.
