This page describes the personal information the site asks for: the note you send to business@partnerscrest.com.
The form checks that a note is complete, then sends it by email to business@partnerscrest.com. Replies go to the address you entered. This site does not keep its own database of submissions.
If email delivery is not configured, the form says so and does not claim the note was sent. You can still write directly to business@partnerscrest.com.
Organizations use the form to start a search. Anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and CAAs may use it to describe the kind of position they want, or to share a link to a CV. The site does not publish a job board.
The site does not sell personal information. Questions about a note you have already sent can go to the same address: business@partnerscrest.com.
